Evaluasi Produktivitas Alat Gali Muat Excavator 702 dan Alat Angkut SRT 95C dengan Menggunakan Metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness untuk Mencapai Target Produksi pada PT. Pusaka Bumi Transportasi
PT. Pusaka Bumi Transportasi is located in Muara Enim Market II, Muara Enim District, Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra. The mining system uses a combination method of 1 unit of 702 excavator and 6 units of SRT 95C hauling equipment. Overburden stripping production refers to predetermined production, where the overburden production target in June 2023 is 800,000 bcm/month but only 750,000 bcm/month has been realized. This is because the amount of time wasted due to human factors, environmental factors and equipment factors. The purpose of this study is to analyze the loss time which results in production not being achieved using the overall equipment effectiveness method. Based on quantitative research using primary and secondary data and then repaired by simulating loss time reduction using the OEE method. Production for loading and unloading equipment before repair was 732,888 bcm/month with an OEE value of 29% and for hauling equipment 612,165.6 bcm/month with an OEE value of 47%. After repairs were made, the production of loading and unloading equipment was 1.034.208 bcm/month with an OEE value of 35% and hauling equipment of 808.315,2 bcm/month with an OEE value of 54%.
