Analisis Stemming Dalam Penanganan Fly Rock Pada Blasting Production Di PT. Lima Energi Utama Desa Manggilang Kecamatan Pangkalan Koto Baru Kabupaten 50 Kota Provinsi Sumatera Barat Yuni SofnitaJurusan Teknik PertambanganSekolah Tinggi Teknologi Industri Padang ABSTRACT PT. Lima Energi Utama is one of the engaged companies in mining andesite. One of the activity mining, located in pangkalan, kotobaru, 50 kota district ,province of west sumatra. Currently , in taking material PT. Lima energi utama by using blasting, before blasting operation,the first step they have to made preparations shoot holes,by driling.before it they have to designing the blasting geometry.if the blasting does not match the effects of its flyrock will happen.in this essay the writter will discuss about an annalysis of stemming in handling flyrock.In calculating of blasting plan by using richar L.Ash with diameters 3 inch,burden 2 m, spacing 2.4 m, stemming 1.4 m, subdrilling 0,6 m, depth 3 m, ladder 2.4 m, diameter 4 inch, burden 2.7 m, spacing 3.2 m,stemming 1.8, subdrilling 0.8 m, depth 5.4 m, ladder 4.5 m.For calculating by using konya method with diameter 3 inch, burden 2 m, spacing 2.8 m, stemming 2 m, subdrilling 0,6 m, depth 6.7 m, ladder 6.1 m, diameter 4 inch burden 3 m, spacing 4,2 m, stemming 3 m, subdrilling 0.9 m, kedalaman 9 m, ladder 8.1 m. And for the throw of flyrock face burs 36.859 m, cratering 150 m (theory of Richard and More), theory of lundbrog 3.268 m, theory of ebrahim ghasemi 15.723 m.
